The Definitive Creator Standard

The last tool you will ever need for 3D printable figures.

Stop fighting with generic 3D generators that fail on print geometry, lose fine details, or choke on stylized art. Forge3D is the ultimate, print-aware pipeline built specifically for makers and digital collectors who demand flawless watertight meshes and perfect slicing.

The output, in your hands

Spin a real Forge3D mesh.

Not a render. Not a mockup. The actual mesh exported from the pipeline above — drop it in your slicer and print it. Drag to spin it.

  • Forge3D Ultra mesh tier
  • Manifold · watertight · slicer-ready
  • STL here · GLB also available

Two flows, one pipeline

Generate fast, or decompose with precision.

Fast pathGenerate

From image to mesh in minutes.

For straightforward characters. Drop, stylize, isolate, generate, validate. One coherent figure, ready to slice. Best when the silhouette is clean and the details forgive a single-pass mesh budget.

  • Optional Nano Banana Pro stylization for flat art
  • Ultra mesh tier on by default
  • GLB / OBJ download, mesh viewer in-browser
When one-shot loses the detailForge Studio

Multiple chunks. One perfect 3D figure.

Complex characters lose detail when crammed into a single mesh — anime eye cuts dissolve into the face, hair becomes a helmet, weapons fuse with hands. Forge Studio splits the figure into isolated parts via AI boundary detection, runs each on its own full Ultra mesh budget, and hands you clean transparent PNGs ready to reassemble in Blender in ~10 minutes.

  • AI auto-detects natural part boundaries (head, top, skirt…)
  • Each chunk gets its own full mesh budget — no detail loss
  • Clean isolated outputs, transparent PNGs ready for parallel generation
  • ~10-min Blender reassembly to finished figure

Per-chunk, in practice

One image in. Five isolated chunks out.

Forge Studio reads the source figure, finds the natural seams, and emits each region as its own clean PNG — ready to be sent to the 3D engine on its own dedicated mesh budget.

Why Forge3D

Tuned for the parts that usually break.

Most character-to-3D tools work on simple photos and collapse on stylized art, complex silhouettes, or anything that needs more than one generation pass. We built around those failures.

01

Forge3D Ultra tier by default

We default to the detailed geometry and texture quality that competing tools hide behind paywalls or skip entirely. Higher poly count, cleaner surfaces, real PBR.

02

Nano Banana Pro stylization

Flat 2D illustrations get re-rendered as photoreal vinyl figures before generation. The 3D engine reads them like real photographs — no spongy meshes on cartoon inputs.

03

Single-engine tweak chains

Every part is locked to the model that produced it. No cross-engine drift across iterations. PNG passthrough means the sixth tweak looks as crisp as the first.

04

Print-aware by design

Geometry is validated for wall thickness, base height, and topology so what looks great on screen survives the slicer and the print bed.

Detail that ships as real geometry.

Zoom into the face

What automatic parts modes can't fix.

The closest API competitor offers an “automatic parts” mode that splits the mesh into ~12 segments for a third of the price. We tested it on the same figure. The face came back unusable.

AUTOMATIC PARTS
Head reconstructed by automatic parts mode — vacant eyes, mushy mouth, noodle-like hair strands
Competitor's auto parts~$0.60 · ~165k faces / part · split by AI
FORGE3D
Head reconstructed by Forge3D's per-chunk pipeline — defined eyes with anime-style cuts, sharp brows, clean nose, flowing hair silhouette
Forge3D head chunkFull mesh budget · ~250k faces · isolated input
It's a face-budget problem. Auto-parts mode splits 2M faces across 12 segments — the head gets ~165k, but they're shared with all the hair. The face itself ends up with maybe 30k, which can't hold anime-style eyes.
We allocate the full budget per zone. A Forge3D head chunk runs the entire 250k-face Ultra tier on the head alone. Eyes, brows, lips, nose all get the resolution to land cleanly.
