Refund Policy

1. Credit-Based Economy Disclaimer

Forge3D operates using a virtual credit economy. Generating a 3D model consumes 1 credit. Because running these pipelines triggers expensive GPU computations immediately on our secure servers, credits spent on successful generation runs are generally non-refundable.

2. Automatic Refunds for Pipeline Failures

We strive for maximum reliability. If a mesh reconstruction task fails due to a network error, API timeout, or internal GPU crash:

  • The generation row status is marked as failed.
  • The system triggers an **atomic database rollback** that immediately refunds the spent credit back to your account balance.
  • This rollback is self-healing and requires no action from you.

3. Technical Quality Refund Requests

If your generation completed successfully (marked as completed) but the resulting 3D mesh is physically corrupted, hollow, severely distorted, or technically unusable (excluding subjective aesthetic preferences), you may file a refund request.

To file a request, please contact our support team at support@forge3d.ai within **7 days** of the generation, including:

  • Your account email address;
  • The unique Generation ID (visible in the details of the model card);
  • A brief description or screenshot showing the severe technical flaw.

Our engineering team will inspect the mesh log. If verified as a pipeline error, we will credit the spent token back to your account immediately.

4. Purchase Refunds

Once Forge3D launches its paid credit packages, purchases of unused credit packages are eligible for a full refund within **14 days** of purchase, provided that no credits from the package have been spent. Once any credit from a purchased pack has been utilized, the entire pack becomes non-refundable.
