Terms of Service

Last Updated: August 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, uploading reference photos, or utilizing the 3D-generation services provided by UForge3D (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Service Description & Credit Economy

UForge3D is a cloud-based AI-assisted pipeline designed to turn 2D character reference images into 3D meshes in supported formats, suitable for further refinement, modeling, or 3D-print workflows.

Access to mesh generation and high-fidelity image operations is governed by the Credit System. Credits are purchased or granted to fund supported processing pipelines. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable between accounts. Credits are reserved atomically when an authorized operation starts. Confirmed pipeline failures, ambiguous outcomes, and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Billing & Subscriptions

The seller is Filippo Tedeschi, trading as UForge3D, at Via Terradura 15, 35020 Maserà di Padova (PD), Italy. Purchase, support, withdrawal, and complaint requests can be sent to hello@uforge3d.com.

Paid plans are recurring monthly or annual subscriptions processed by Stripe. The selected plan, billing interval, credit allocation, credit expiration period, price, and applicable VAT are shown before purchase and included in the consent presented at checkout.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Credits are delivered after each paid invoice. Monthly credit lots expire after 31 days, while annual plans deliver the full annual allocation upfront and those credits expire after 366 days.

The 14-day withdrawal right applies to the first subscription payment only while all credits granted by that first invoice remain completely unused. Checkout records your request for immediate delivery after payment. Spending any credit from that first allocation starts performance of the requested digital service and makes that payment non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Recorded consent, order snapshots, confirmations, and refund instructions for completed or historical purchases remain preserved for support, reconciliation, and audit. See the Refund Policy for the operative conditions.

4. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all rights, title, and ownership over the images, prompts, and reference assets you upload to the Service (“User Content”).

By uploading User Content, you grant UForge3D a worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to process, copy, and manipulate your assets solely to perform the requested AI styling, chunking, and 3D mesh reconstruction pipelines on your behalf.

You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload and process the User Content, and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to upload content to, or use the Service to generate, edit, isolate, refine, reconstruct, publish, or distribute content that:

  • Infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or patents of third parties;
  • Contains child sexual abuse material, sexualizes a minor or a person who appears to be a minor, or attempts to create, transform, isolate, or reconstruct such material;
  • Creates or facilitates non-consensual intimate imagery, coerced nudification, sexual deepfakes, or sexually explicit depictions of a real person without their informed consent;
  • Deceptively impersonates a real person, fabricates evidence, or presents generated or manipulated media as authentic in order to defraud, harass, exploit, intimidate, or materially mislead others;
  • Depicts other sexually explicit content or extreme violence, or promotes hate speech, discrimination, or abuse;
  • Removes, obscures, alters, or attempts to bypass an AI-origin label, provenance credential, watermark, content-safety control, or detection mechanism applied by UForge3D or an upstream provider;
  • Attempts to bypass GPU usage restrictions, perform denial-of-service attacks, or exploit API vulnerabilities.

You may use a photo of another identifiable person only where you have the rights, permissions, and legally valid consent necessary for the requested transformation and use. The Toyify flow is not a consent-verification service, and a technical ability to upload an image does not establish those rights.

UForge3D may use automated and provider-operated safety checks, block or stop an operation, restrict publication, preserve limited security evidence, remove violating project assets, or suspend or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to enforce this policy or comply with law. Automated checks can make mistakes; you may request review or report suspected unsafe AI content through the in-app AI safety report category or at hello@uforge3d.com. Credits are handled under the applicable Refund Policy and mandatory law rather than forfeited merely because an account has an outstanding balance.

6. AI Output, Provenance & Disclosure

UForge3D uses third-party generative models and its own orchestration and post-processing to create or modify images and 3D assets. Generated output may be inaccurate, resemble existing material, or vary between requests. You are responsible for reviewing an output and determining whether your intended use is lawful and appropriate.

UForge3D and its providers may attach visible labels, signed or unsigned metadata, content credentials, watermarks, model identifiers, or other machine-readable provenance information to generated or manipulated output. You must not intentionally remove, obscure, alter, or defeat those measures and, where technically feasible, must preserve them when converting, publishing, licensing, or redistributing the output. You may not describe known AI-generated or AI-manipulated material as wholly human-created or authentic source media.

If you use the Service in a professional or commercial capacity, you are responsible for providing any disclosure required where the output is first exposed or redistributed, including disclosures applicable to deepfakes, artistic or creative works, or text published to inform the public on matters of public interest. A UForge3D badge or file marker does not replace obligations that apply specifically to you as the person deploying or publishing the content.

7. Limitation of Liability & AI Disclaimer

UForge3D utilizes state-of-the-art generative artificial intelligence models to isolate, refine, and reconstruct 3D geometries. Because AI systems are inherently probabilistic, we make no guarantees regarding the aesthetic outcome, structural soundness for physical 3D printing, or topological accuracy of the generated meshes.

THE SERVICE AND THE GENERATED MESHES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. UFORGE3D SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

8. Term Modifications

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document or via in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
